The Lady Buffs golf team recently competed in the UIL 1A State Golf Tournament held at the Plum Creek Golf Course in Kyle.
The team consists of Senior Kylie Bomer and Kinsley Cox, Danika McCarty, Hallie Moore, and Lizzie Hryniszak who are all Freshmen.
The girl’s team placed 4th out of 12 teams behind Garden City, Veribest, and Clyde Eula. The top finisher for the Lady Buffs was Kinsley Cox who placed 4th as an individual by shooting an 88 on both days for a total of 176 finishing 3 shots behind the 2nd and 3rd place medalists.
She was followed by Hallie Moore who finished 27th and Kylie Bomer who finished 30th out of 70 other golfers
