Brewster police said the crash happened near Crosby Lane shortly after 9:30 p.m. when first responders found what appeared to be a head-on impact between two vehicles.
Each driver was alone in their car. A 24-year-old woman from Brewster was found dead at the scene, while a 38-year-old man from Truro was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with life-threatening injuries. He later died from those injuries. Police have not released the names of either driver.

Brewster police said emergency crews were called to Main Street near Crosby Lane just after 9:30 p.m. Thursday. When responders arrived, they found two motor vehicles that had apparently struck each other head-on.
