The Running Buffs high school cross country team competed in the 31-1A District Cross Country Meet on October 7th at Rock Springs High School. The girl’s team placed first and the boys’ team was runner-up. Both teams will be advancing to the UIL 1A Region 4 Cross Country Meet being held October 23rd at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. In the JV division, both Samuel Fox and Chloe Matocha placed. Samuel placed fourth and Chloe placed first.
